HOBATEX is owner managed once again

Managing directors Dörthe Stamm, Meinolf Meise and Alexander Tölle have completely parted ways with the previous parent company AUCTUS Capital Partners AG, which had held the majority shares in HOBATEX GmbH as a community of investors for the past 10 years.

Personal. Nearby. Competent. These values are lived out by all employees at HOBATEX GmbH and they will continue to serve as the basis for our activities in the future.

2016

PEFCTM certification

HOBATEX was successfully PEFCTM certified in 2016. PEFC guarantees that wood and paper products come from sustainably managed forests. PEFC is the largest institution for ensuring and marketing sustainable forest management through an independent certification scheme.

2015

New website

HOBATEX GmbH Industrial Partners paves the way towards future-oriented customer service online and presents its new website.

2014

Profiline saw

The company's warehouse is relocated from Bad Salzuflen to Steinheim in December 2014.

With the new Holzma HPL 400 Profiline saw in Steinheim, HOBATEX GmbH Industrial Partners expands its range of products to include cut-to-size panels up to 5600 x 2070 mm.

By now, 40 members of staff are working for HOBATEX GmbH Industrial Partners and its customers.

ISO certification

HOBATEX GmbH Industrial Partners is ISO 9001:2008 certified in January 2013: Certificate ISO 9001:2008

Change of name

Change of name to HOBATEX GmbH Industrial Partners

The move

Move into the completed extension of the administrative offices of HOBATEX GmbH Holzwerkstoffe

Mr. Gerold retires

Mr. Tölle and Mr. Meise are appointed as new managing directors alongside Mr. Gerold

Expansion

Intensification of travel and purchasing activities to and in Russia.

The number of employees rises to 15 as a result of the recruitment of Russian-speaking colleagues.

Change of name to HOBATEX GmbH Industrial Partners

Shareholder Mr. Klingenberg leaves the company

Holz-Klingenberg becomes aware of Eastern European producers of birch springwood slats and laminated wood slats and begins to sell these products

Expansion of the new business branches in the following years

Brakel

Relocation of the head office from Bad Salzuflen to Brakel and

move into the new office building. The warehouse facility remains in Bad Salzuflen

Intensification of travel and purchasing activities to producers of wood-based materials in standard and cut-to-size to and throughout Eastern Europe

Fall of the Berlin Wall

The fall of the Wall in Germany opens up new opportunities: Start of intensified travel activities to Eastern Germany. Significant increase in turnover and earnings through the acquisition of new customers.

Expansion

Expansion of business activities to include fibreboards (unfinished and lacquered) and MDF boards
